Sports Persoality of the Year 2015

A lot has happened this weekend in the world of sport - Vardy's record, Fury's world title, Team GBR winning the Davis Cup, and even more has happened throughout the year (England winning the Ashes, Hamilton winning another World title, Jessica Ennis winning the World Championships, Rooney breaking Charlton's record)... so I decided to look at the current odds for Sports Personality of the Year.

Jessica Ennis-Hill 6/5
Andy Murray 7/4
Tyson Fury 11/2
Lewis Hamilton 10/1
Chris Froome 20/1
Jamie Vardy 20/1
Wayne Rooney 25/1
Mo Farah 33/1
Joe Root 50/1
Adam Peaty 66/1
Gareth Bale 66/1
Kevin Sinfield 66/1
Tony McCoy 66/1
Alastair Cook 100/1
Frankie Dettori 100/1
Greg Rutherford 100/1

Surprised to see Jess Ennis is the favourite

Really can't call a winner this year, so many wonderful achievements by Brits

Ennis also played a big part in stopping Ched Evans get back into football. If he wins his appeal, I'm sure she'll be first in line to offer an apology.

--------

She'll be off quicker than she is in the 100 meters at the World Championships if that ever happens

I would go for Mo Farah for bouncing back after the disgraceful assertions by proxy that he was a cheat.

The press in this country is disgusting

I wouldn't be too sure at this point that Mo has never been involved....

Neither Andy Murray or Lewis Hamilton should get it. Haven't both already won it? And Murray has been pretty useless outside of the Davis Cup which is part of a team anyway, while Hamilton can't win a race at the moment.

Very tough this year, no stand outs for me.
Don't like Murray, Fury hate formula one and I could go on

Wayne rooney? He has been abysmal this year
