Right, so Ipswich have only won four of their 13 home games this term.
Leeds are unbeaten in eight games now under Steve Evans and eased into the next round of the FA Cup, confidence pretty high in the Leeds camp so I'm going for a 1-2 scoreline with Dallas and Ante hitting the net for us

...Will Mowatt get much Bette r given his obvious deficiencies? Cook is the glaring hole in his game here to stay?

What bids are these then?

I believe the Mowatt bid was 5 and Cook 6. Read about it on Twitter throughout the weekend.

They said 8 weeks probably sooner, its been about 4/5 now, we need a few more quality additions like Bridcutt, kids won't get you promoted, ask Watford, Norwich and the other 20 odd sides to get up over the past few years. Cup run and building for next season is what I'm lookin forward too

You still believe in tooth fairy and Santa mickey ??
And too answer your question if this bull sheet actually have happened, id be doing exactly what all the other ambitious sides are doing in this league, signing the good youngsters on long deals and actually spending money on food players, to go up within two years
Look at Sheffield Wednesday, been there a lot less than Cellino and look at the players they have signed and who they are going to sign.

That Ipswich side aren't amazing at all, just big, strong well drilled and have 2/3 very good playmakers. The same lad who tore us to bits at Elland Rd did it again and had the time of his life against Wootton.
Why didn't we set up with Byram at RB with Dallas in front on the wing for bacj up when defending?
And people don't like him, but we missed Wood massively tonight against these.
Poor night of footy and a harder game we'll probably win at weekend! Maybe.

Don't know about tooth fairy but coming up ur lass's chimney does it for me.
Alas I agree Cellini is stagnating the club.

Those people who rather invest in young guns for the future are wasting their time. The future is never guaranteed, time to live in the now and need to realize that we need experience, not kids who might show something in the future.

Your talking like we've got a load of kids in the side
Byram is 24 next year played over 140 pro games
Mowatt 22 next year, played nearly 100 pro games
Cook yes 18 but played over 60 game pro games
Taylor 24 next year played over 80 pro games
These aren't for the fututre but now
Invest in good players and you will get promoted with them.
We've all seen what happens when we sell our better players, we replace with deadwood.
Take away the investment in the youth set up and this club would be fooked

There can be an over kill with playing too many young players and being too reliant on them.
But Mowatt got 9 goals last season - all of them were important point winning goals.
Taylor has been our best player this season.
Byram is a good right back, and has won us points with his goals this season.
Cook when playing well is the best player in our team, even if he lacks end product.
Take these guys out the team and where would we be? We'd have struggled to stay up last season for one without Mowatt. LIW is right - get some quality in alongside them
