Don't understand what is taking so long about this.
The longer it drags on, the more the club are in limbo with no clarity as to what will go on with Cellino's ownership.

I don't see the club being in limbo, it looks like business as usual.

I emailed the Football League last Tuesday about where further information could be found; I've yet to receive a reply.
It's amazing how opaque the FL has been about this. Considering the need for governing bodies to be transparent, I'm amazed that nothing has been posted.
Considering it's the Football League, I'm not amazed at all.
And Perth, whatever you believe about Cellino, surely you have to accept that rumours about possible takeovers cause instability in a club, or business or any organisation. People, naturally, wonder if their jobs may be at stake.

Easy to reach that conclusion from afar Perth. Looks quite stable from Los Angeles too.

So what are these so obvious signs of us being a club in limbo waiting for the FA to respond?
Cellino seems to be pretty sure there'll be no further bans and business appears to be continuing as normal.

Tedd, I used to talk to the FL quite a bit during Bates tenure but they completely changed when Cellino came along and won't share any information now.
I completely agree with you regarding transparency, nobody seems to know what is going on any more which is a ridiculous state of affairs.

Arbitration is FA, not FL.
Confidentiality applies, including the existence of proceedings. But the decision would normally be made public.
_____________
CONFIDENTIALITY
11 (a) The parties shall preserve and respect the confidentiality of the arbitration
proceedings, including the issues in the dispute and the evidence and arguments
presented by the parties.
(b) Subject to Rule K11(c) no disclosure shall be made to any third party of the
existence of the proceedings, the contents of any documents or other evidence
produced in the arbitration or any procedural decision of the Tribunal or its Award,
or any part of them save and to the extent that the disclosure may be required of a
party by legal duty, to protect or pursue a legal right or to enforce an award, except
with the prior written agreement of the parties to the arbitration.
(c) Unless otherwise agreed between the parties, where the Association is party to
an arbitration, the Award shall be made public, subject to appropriate redaction to
protect third party confidentiality.

Saying that, the FL will be party to it - LUFC v the FL.

Sol, I think people are talking about FL,because they are the ones who issued latest ban.
