Evans promotions and then keeping Rotherham in the league, followed by been the boss here means he has a good history and now has experience in this league.

He won't drop down to league 1.

Preston and Huddersfield took Grayson on who had a similar reputation and a club like Bolton (who are desperate to stay in this league) would take him on in a heartbeat were he available.

A bigger club than us though?? And Preston were in league 1 when Grayson took them over, Hock dropped back down.

"Hock dropped back down."

Don't remind us of Hockaday shaun, ffs.

Why should Hock not be mentioned around here?.....he's on the books as being part of this club and its only letting people see the sham this club has turned into!..

The people that come to this club are put there by people at the club, and go down as being part of the club no matter how much people like it or not, but hey, it just shows how bad the club is run when something like that happens!..

He took the opportunity that was sent his way, a step to much but the same humiliation as better manananacoaches!..

I don't think he was wrong for trying, but when you think about it, I don't think its wrong anyone trying, just a shame we don't just get someone that is known as a good "manager" and have someone here giving him the chance he should have, oh, and let him do it without having to remove something every time he has to use the toilet!..

Harrogate, remember MC said that he would welcome Hock back as coach some day!

In fairness, it was one of the most bizzare and embrassing things that's ever happened to Leeds United and will live long in the memory of any Leeds fan, so it's kind of hard to forget him, maybe we can look back in 10 years if we're in a better place and realise just how low the club sunk.

Only proven top quality coaches/managers should be managing Leeds, not failed conference managers with zero on their CV.

Would be nice but David Hockaday was in so far over his head that his chances of success were slim to none and Slim had already left the building before he started.
