Mignolet - The Problem

Okay so I've seen Mignolet make obvious errors, like calamity sort of stuff, shots through hands etc. but that isn't even his biggest issue.

For West Ham's winner today that header from Ogbonna wasn't anywhere near the corner, it wasn't at his feet, it wasn't in the roof of the net, really it wasn't in that a difficult position to save.

However because Mignolet is so inept at setting himself for a save it looks impossible to save almost when it clearly isn't. De Gea, Cech, probably Lloris etc. are all saving that. This isn't a one off either I'm sure Gary Neville pointed it out before when he was at Sky.

He's not improving and if you want to be challenging for the title you need to get a new first choice keeper, I can't believe he's been given a new deal.

Anyway this is just my opinion, was wondering if any of you thought the same?

ADMINS PLEASE LIFT MY BAN SO I CAN POST ON THE LIVERPOOL BOARD FFS I DON'T EVEN KNOW WHEN OR HOW THIS HAPPENED

Oh come on, he's had some shockers but there's no way he was going to save that. Blame Lucas if anyone.

Look at where the header goes in

That was clearly a difficult ball to save, brilliant header. The OP is talking bollx.

Unlike the header West Ham scored with at the Emirates on the opening day of the season against Cech?

Mig is awful and i don't like him as lfc no 1. but he could do nothing about the goal.

The stupid fk was the problem.

People actually care about this?

To be fair if the strikers had scored one of the many chances they had it wouldn't have mattered!

What part of this is unsaveable?

The header is being so greatly over-exaggerated in it's power and placement. It's pretty central, not too hard. Look at Mignolet's positioning
