Facing teams who will park the bus

I've read BS's article (have actually asked admin to unfilter on several occasions but haven't) and I can understand those concerns. I look at it differently though.

In our Championship winning season we were used to teams parking the bus but we won the record number of games that season and we coped with it no problem. The argument could be that we were better than our opposition, which we were, but we also are now.

I also consider the fact that we have won 10 points from losing positions, when teams parked the bus having gone 2-0 up but once we were allowed the ball and allowed to dicate the game, they couldn't cope with us and we scored goals. WBA parked the bus at the Hawthorns but we still scored three, having come from behind. Letting us have the ball is just as dangerous as giving us space.

We have the players to unlock defences and play precise passes, we don't need space because our movement is so good and when we get on top we usually score. Villa and Bournemouth were a blip during a period we weren't playing well but we never looked like losing and the worst we can expect is to draw some of these games, we won't lose.

We can afford to win six, draw five and lose two and still likely have enough points to win the league. That's a massive stutter given in our last 13 we won eight, drawn four and lost one against much tougher opposition.

I also think we're playing these so called banana skin teams at the right time and I think some of them aren't capable of parking the bus. Norwich we play in February, they're in poor form and haven't got to the desperate part of the season yet which is April/May and I can't see them being able to stop us. WBA ive already discussed. Watford and Palace play like we do only not as well and are both more suited to playing away. Newcastle don't sit back either and we play them in March so again not in desperate month.

Then April comes and we have Southampton who won't park the bus, Sunderland away could be tricky, they could possibly take a point given they are at home and it is desperate month. West Ham also won't sit back and then Swansea who also don't and will be out of the relegation battle by then I reckon.

If we take 23 points, or 20 if we beat Arsenal, from those games which is more than achievable even with a stutter, then the others will have to produce Champions form of 2.15 points per game to finish above us.

Kaspar had 23 things to do compared to the 13 the spurs keeper had to do though didn't he.

79-44 is a landslide.

Spurs are better than you, the end.

You're clueless honestly. Kasper picking up easy shots because those clowns couldnt get a decent effort on target, isn't a sign of being outclassed. Honestly you are one of the dimmest people on here. Everything you say is complete nonsense and you clearly do not have the feintest idea about football.

I'm done, from now on you're just getting laughed at, can't be bothered to reply

But Kaspar let five of those easy shots past him compared to four at the other end.

POINTS

Leicester 2-2 Bournemouth

What is your point?

Exactly that , POINTS is what matters first and foremost

Ah, here was me thinking we were just talking about which teams are better and not just going on who picks up points in one off games.

To be fair to Leicester, they've picked up a a decent amount of points in one of games this season !

They have done very well, I don't think anybody denies that do they?

But the reality is that if push comes to shove they are not or will not be the best team in the land come may.

Personally I would say they are on a par with Southampton and west ham generally though of course performing better this season.

And Everton.

That we will know come May. A lot of football to play till then , and a lot of things could determine where the title goes.
