Vale has never been a happy for us.

i hope we have enough players to field a side tomorrow,
i see Nigel has shipped yet another player out on loan Darious Charles to Wimbledon . A 1-1 scoreline tomorrow i feel with a lot of what ifs !! .

yes another tough one only going for a 1-1 we have been having a bit of trouble away lately

We all want a win, but a draw here would be a good point, if it was followed up with a win next Saturday at home.
If the Brewers can keep it tight and give Vale nothing, then another 0-1 smash and grab could be on the cards.
A win and other results go our way, next Saturday we could be in dreamland.

The history books paint a very bleak picture.

Four previous visits to Port Vale have ended 3-1, 2-1, 3-0 and, of course, 7-1. So taking a simple average and rounding the stats say 4-1 home win so I will go with that.

Funny old game though, have to break that losing streak some day and I'd happily give up my predictor league points to be proved wrong!.

Very hard game. Not won here ever apparently and last time according to Radio Derby we lost 7-1.
So very optimistically I'll predict 1-1 draw.
