The battle for fourth

Good luck guys. It's going to be a long season for both of our clubs.

As those around us have risen their spending, our two clubs have developed a little friendship. Sure, we have a rivalry, but it's more of a friendly acknowledgement that we're both good.

And, if I'm honest, I do think Liverpool will pip us to fourth. I hope I'm wrong, but Dalglish has built a good squad, and the difference will be an uninjured Suarez vs an injured Van Persie, IMO.

Good luck everyone. Just notice the lack of tottenham in this thread.

You couldn't do it when Fabregas and Nasri were there.

And I can 'easily' see flying pigs.

What constitutes easily? 10,15 points? Let's have a wager on it then if you're so sure it'll be that 'easy'

Willing to bet your ps3 or what ever else fuels your fantasy world on it?

Fabregas was injured most of last season, nasri is no real loss in my opinion with Gervinho at the club. Arsenal have more experience and better squad than liverpool.

I think United will walk the title and City will come second. The rest will fight it out for 3rd and 4th spots.

You rely on strength yet went and signed Torres, Mata and Meireles. You need to completely change your style of play and players if you're changing your tactics.

Mikel, Essien, Drogba, Malouda, etc are all strong players who rely on strength.

Maybe we want to play a different style of football. Ramieres has replaced Essien, Torres has replaced Drogba and Mata has replaced Malouda. We are bringing in younger, creative and skilldul players.

I've worked out the timings of your posts and you have clearly got in from the pub drunk!

Sorry, but Arsenal will do very well to finish in the top 6, let alone CL places.

RVP & Vermaelen, 2 injury prone players who will need to stay fit otherwise it'll be mid table at best & Wenger gone.

Mertesacker too slow.
Arteta - hasn't performed in nearly 2 years.

Arsenal team is the worst I've seen in nearly 20 years.

City, Utd, Chelsea, Liverpool, Spurs & Stoke to all finish above Arsenal.
