If he gives a guy a job, he should let him get on with it.
But Jimmy has said on a couple of occasions that he wanted to speak to Holdsworth regarding his plans for the team, so maybe that's why he's involved.
When you think about it, if Holdsworth has no option but to build a team of youngsters, it makes sense. We are down and out and Jimmy can at least start to asses what he can do if anything, with the youngsters.
With the exception of one or two, the senior players are a load of bankers and just don't seem interested. With no money to spend, options are severely limited.

Well that's what I said in the first line of my post, just different words but as I pointed out Jimmy was seeking information on what to do. To me that's a sign Jimmy hasn't got the confidence to do his own thing.

Cameron you have a lot of work to do on your content. Instead of plugging your last contribution to goodness knows what, start planning some decent footage for the next one.
