Where is the club heading?

Well, in the short term, there is excitement, if you can call it that at the club potentially finishing 11th or 12th in the second tier of English football in a season where Cellino arrogantly declared that we would get promoted or we could call him a failure.

Since that particular piece of rhetoric we've had a succession of head coaches, executives, abject performances and embarrassment to the club.

The financial situation is ridiculous and we're owned by not one but two sets of crooks.

It's an open secret that Evans will be gone in the summer and the managerial farce will continue.

But what about the bigger picture?

I believe we'll lose/sell further youngsters this summer. I believe that we'll also see more bans stacking up Cellino as his court cases in Italy unravel along with potential charges re Ross and Adryan.

With the pressure that he is getting from the fans and the victimisation that he will feel about his son being charged why on earth does he want to be here?

Because he is making money from us and because he is a vindictive c.

He has claimed ignorance when not honouring Cameron Stewart's contact. Will cost the club a small fortune by the way he dishonoured the Macron contact and the club is almost as famous for these disputes and the WUPs these days as it used to be for it's football.

With only 9 years left on the ever increasing lease for the ground, a very poor squad and the likes of Sunderland, Villa and Newcastle dropping down, next year is, I believe, make or break for etc future of the club.

If we go down and/or lose the right to buy/play at ER then it's a struggle to understand what form the club would survive in.

> 40, yes I have, am surprised that you haven't.

I've got a busy business to run with 800 customers to look after. That takes nearly all of my time and most of my energy. (I sometimes feel like my business is running me, so I perhaps need to work smarter).

Anyhow, if you could see how stretched I am with business and a severely disabled missus you wouldn't be surprised that I didn't spend time trawling through the club's accounts.

If you found evidence that Cellino was making money from the club within the accounts, I can't see why you're inclined not to share it.

The only reason I can think of is that your conclusion that "Cellino is making money from the club" may not be sound and you are therefore avoiding the question.

It's a shame you don't discuss and debate things any more - I really used to like hearing your views on this board. Now you seem to wear so much battle-armour on here that you are becoming hard to talk to!

Given some of the very personal attacks on you on this board recently (that I was disgusted with), I do understand why you have your "shields up" to some degree -- there is no justification for that kind of thing, however frustrated someone is.

I just wish you could lighten-up a little and (even if it is just your opinion and not backed-up by a raft of facts) just say what you think for once.

I'll stop asking the question now. If you answer then fine, if not then fine.

40 I'm busy too, running a tennis club, working with Davis cup team on the legacy programme interviewing coaches taking players to tournaments etc etc I know how you feel....sorry to hear about your wife.

You're right probably is a bit of a shield, s point noted I'll take it down but you could see for yourself the futility of trying to explain the bleeding obvious to people at times in here.

Yep - I do understand that it's hard not to want to wear a bullet-proof vest in a war zone!

Too many snipers in these parts...

It's just plain sad that people are so fed up they don't even turn up when they've already paid for it.

I think the majority would agree that they were happier when we were in league one. Those were a couple of seasons with some feel good factor about us. I don't see a feeling like that returning for a long time. There is no light at the end of the tunnel, if that makes me a doom and gloom merchant so be it.

Grass is greener on the other side, we tend to remember the positives and forget the negatives...

There were many fans who were very unhappy about being in the third division until we won the final game of the season after "Mad Max" was sent off and got promoted.

Now many remember those three years as the "good old days."

Like many I have got to point where the results feel almost academic. Until some fundamental changes occur at the club we're going to tread water at best, but more likely get worse as the structure of the club is dismantled and the fanbase eroded.

Getting to stage where even Bradford City might bypass us let alone Sheffield Wednesday.

Still didn't answer the question and provide your evidence though Jonty.

Perth, I will to answer to 40, but to be honest Perth, engaging with you is a bit of a waste of time, so not really reading what you're posting at present

You didn't answer 40 either though did you?

Is it too difficult to read when someone doesn't agree with you?
I guess ignoring questions you can't answer is one way of dong it but you'd get more respect by answering than just spouting off such ridiculous statements such as Cellino is a vindictive c who is on the take.
