Spurs have looked pretty formidable

when they have been able to field their absolute full-strength side in the Prem, in fact so formidable this team has not actually lost a single Prem game when starting.

Lloris
Walker
Verts
Toby
Rose
Dier
Dembele
Ali
Lamela
Eriksen
Kane

Of the four defeats the following players started:

Man United: Vorm, Davies, Bentaleb, Chadli
Newcastle: Carroll
Leicester: Davies, Carroll
West Ham: Trippier, Wimmer, Davies, Mason, Chadli

Looking at that obviously the two games Spurs were very understrength it were at West Ham and Man United. Newcastle not so much, Leicester again a couple of key players missing.

So bearing in mind that the current first XI looks the best at the club, where can that actually be improved. I think definitely Rose could be replaced, but who with? Some may say Lamela (Chicken), although he has improved a lot, and always puts in a shift. Not to sure many others need replacing. Bit difficult really to replace any players in a team that have not actually lost a game all season. Other to you boys, who is expendable from the current Spurs strongest line up?

Don't cry...

Hey mate i think all three will be part of the team next season.

Slap me if you like but I do not rate Harrison at all. Don't see it.

This is coming from the guy raving about ccv/Kane/winks 2 years in advanc before anyone was talking about them. I just don't see at any point where the rating of Harrison's is from.

For once I am not going to disagree with Sandy there is still room for improvement.

SAF never rested on his laurels even when his teams won the Prem he still went out and added players during the summer.

I notice the quotes "we have the best defence in the league" is anybody telling me seriously that its impossible to improve our defence?

This constant use of stats to justify an opinion is ridiculous.

Are there any stats for how many times Eriksen bottles a tackle? No of course there are not. People say how many assists he has but the stats dont tell us how many times he has had great possesion and given the ball away.

BOTH our full backs cannot cross a ball to save their lives. Now somebody will of course point out 3 decent crosses they have made and totally ignoe the 3000 they have totally fecked up.

Lloris for example is a good keeper BUT he cost us the loss at home to Newcastle and the draw at home against West Brom.

No I am not advocating mass changes because they are not necessary but to think that we are going to steam roller another season by not improving the team and the squad is ridiculous.

Would I swap the likes of Lamela for the likes of Martial? Of course I would yet Lamela has done ok this season.

Its tricky because any new players have to buy into MP's way of doing things and also become part of the team spirit that has become a huge part of the club now but there is always room for improvement.

Sandy asked where people thought we could improve the team and gets slaughtered, how weird.

Maybe Sandy does not want us doing what woolwich done last summer. No outfield signings at all in the summer and it cost them dearly.

Do you honestly think we should go down the same road?
