Would you try and sign him next season?

I have mixed feelings. I think he's a good player whose been a steady 6 or 7 out of 10 for us. He neither scores nor creates which is a concern as Diagouraga does a similar deep lying role and Cook is developing with an end product building over time.

I really don't like Cook in the hole in a 451. The only way I see it working to play all 3 is the diamond with a Mowatt in the hole...Which means playing no wingers.

Really torn by this one. I think I would go for him on the basis that he is proven class in this league who may improve with more quality alongside him.

He's a good player and has done a good job this season. I'm not sure we need him next season though, especially with what he'd cost. With Dave signing in January, we have too many midfielders to fit in a team.

I think a midfield 2 out of Dave, Murphy and Cook is a good centre, with Mowatt or a new number 10 ahead.

I'd keep him unless we can identify someone better - he's handy if the game needs breaking-up in the midfield.

In a better side as captain he'd be excellent. We need a squad of players at bridcutts level. Would be my captain next season.

Depends on fee and wages for me.

Absent that, he has had some good games but not a consistently top performer for me.

Buy him, but then bring in some more quality to play in front and behind him.

We need quality committed additions.
