🐏 Derby County 0 - 1 Ipswich Town 🚜

Busy morning tomorrow, so let's get this out of the way tonight.

Look, just sit back and enjoy this one. I'm quite happy to play our first leg at home on the Saturday and take our chances at Hull on the Tuesday.

I called last week a 'non-game' and got pulled up for it. I suppose playing Ipswich is a non-game for Ipswich, but wasn't last year a no non-game for Reading and how embarrassing was that😳😳😳?

A decent performance with every Ram engaged is the minimum for tomorrow's game with some experimental mix in the mix.. .....do we protect key players? Go for hell with 5 forwards and throw caution to the wind along with good will? Drop Martin? Drop Shackell for Buxton? Bring in Weimann and Bent? OR.... Hendrick back in for Brysonhughesthorne I dunno, you lot have better brains for this than me 🍻

Ipswich have not lost in their last 7 visits to the iPro and Derby are on a 6 match unbeaten run, so expect a classic 0-0 πŸ˜΄πŸ’€πŸ’€πŸ˜΄πŸ’€........oh, and did you Johnny Russell has been involved in 7 of the last 10 Derby goals....4 goals and 3 assists.....πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘ #dropjohnny

Team news to follow from Spain....hopefully....or maybe some other place that our cerebral rocker is touring.....🎼🎼🍺

'Double legbreak', yet the other one is ok. How many does he have. Can't they just saw that one off and get him ready for Sat. What's wrong with these namby-pamby modern day footballers.

It wouldn't stop BUCKO.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
...that the same BUCKO who's been out all season with a sore back? The same BUCKO who, if he'd bothered to play on through the pain barrier, could have partnered Shacks to the Championship title instead of leaving it to Captain Calamity?

FFS.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
No, that's a conspiracy. BUCKO has been ready to play every game but the managers have had to pick Shackell and told the physio's to make stuff up about him.

We should play our best team and keep momentum going into the play offs. Now's not the time for experimentation.

Simples.

Momentum

Sheffield Wednesday played two trainees on Saturday. We played a full strength team. This momentum theory is a myth. The reality is that all unbeaten runs come to an end some time. On Saturday we suffered a pyrrhic defeat.

What the deck was George Thorne the holding midfielder doing on the edge of the Ipswich 6 yard box in the last 10mins of the game when we had 2 up front. If he'd stuck to his job he wouldn't have been injured

He was midfieldering, i.e. his job. Trying to keep the run going, momentum, not losing.

Good grasp for a straw though: if only MistaKeogh was as defensive as you

Of course, he wouldn't have needed to be there if Captain Calamity hadn't fcked us over.

Again.

666, just quoting what's been said within the club

Well perhaps they should have censured the berk in the armband for his ridiculous foray against Brighton and then maybe more folk would pay attention to position discipline.

Instead of being booed, b011ocked, and dropped, Keogh was chanted at, given awards, and left in.

Let the club discuss that.
