the belgians are normally a good attacking side, whilst the italians are boring as hell, all they do is defend....

The Germany game was the first game won by 2 clear goals. Games have all been good adverts for tight competitive games with no sides completely bossing it score wise. Even 10 man Albania caused problems.

Northern Ireland, Ukraine and Russia were crap, all the rest have looked quite good imo

Ukraine played well forced 2 top saves from Nueur and had one cleared of the line, plus defended very well throughout

I've just got back from watching that game at a mates house, you don't want to know how his nerves were!..

Ukraine were as good as Germany and Germany lived on a razors edge until the 2nd goal, even he said if they play like that all the time they'll go out in the group stages!..

I think the games have been alright, NI - Poland wasn't exciting but I was still interested because it involved one of the home nations.

I wouldn't say it's been boring but we could do with a few more goals. I also think it's clear once more that international football is not of as high a quality as the top European leagues. Germany are the only team to have impressed me so far.

In fairness, the tv channel showed the incident in slomotion about 5 times before the commentators even concluded it was handling.
