We've got to instill a whole new mentality into the national side....
Too many cocooned pampered players with no life skills and huge expectations

I would say Glen Google with Tim Sherwood or ray Wilkins as assistant.

Football is a simple game.

It's just about organisation and team spirit.

That's it.

Get players organised and get them working hard for eachother.

That's all an England manager needs to do, and we will have more success (I'm not talking winning things necessarily, you need something extra to do that, but properly competing).

Roy did that in qualifying then inexplicably started messing about with the team in the pre tournament friendlies and into the games and we lost all cohesion.

Just keep it simple!

These big post-mortems after every tournament are not necessary.

Just get a manager who is going to play a defined way, communicate that to the players, get the players enjoying each others company, and watch the players look like footballers again.
