We seem to have a good set of goalkeepers, midfield looks ok with 4 good options for wingers (sacko, roofe, dallas and botaka) and a mainly young midfield with movement, technique and tactics.
But up front looks light in numbers with Wood, Antonsson, and Doukara backed up by untried juniors only, and defence looks decidedly light with only 6 for 4 positions again only backed up by untried youngsters.
Need to add one more up front and possibly a couple in defence

Lets be honest, we have added speed which is great, but we still lack the 2 other things missing from recent years.
Creativity and bite
In Howson, Bradley, Snoddy, and Kissa we had all of these, however we have since gone on to lose all of them and not replace them.
We were back in 2010, at our highest point in years, and had players capable of Premier league football.
Now we have none...
The team as is, will not at least on paper, reach the playoffs. Not unless those holes are filled. We are just to soft, and once under pressure wilt.
We are footballs Audley Harrison, or better yet, footballs Chael Sonnen, talk a good game but just cannot deliver.
