What a strange board this has become, bigging up Udders, writing off our own team and manager after a couple of games and shooting down anyone who shows a tiny morsel of optimism!
Great result yesterday and a long long way to go this season for every team.

Bigging them up? Just saying I think they're the outsiders for the play offs.

Reminds me a lot of when we beat Derby away last season. Everyone hyped and went mad. It's the Championship, and occasionally the sh*t teams beat the good ones.

Glad we've got a win under our belts though.

Decent article Haye, feet are firmly on the ground for me, gotta put away the poorer teams at home, cant be the underdogs every week. A decent start to the season now hopefully

We're also level on points with a team in the relegation zone. League position and points don't mean much at this point, it's how we're playing.

One good performance out of five, with an inexperienced manager and an average squad doesn't bode well.

We have been crying out for some experience in midfield. Cellino ****ed about getting Bridcutt back or I suggest we would have had a better start to the season, had he been here. Same old, same old, bean counting restricting the manacoach.

"He's signed what, 10 players, and doesn't seem to know who he wants to play."

Similarly, when he keeps the same side we will hear he is not adjusting for the opposition. When he wins he is the real deal, lose and he needs to be sacked.

It's just the same as all the other seasons.

Sign a mass of average signings, a few work, most don't. Make a wild managerial decision, and the first decent win we get everything thinks we're going up.

Saved a lot of money on wages I presume was the idea. 20k a week for 12 weeks or so. Not that I agree with that
