This deal has finally gone through and Tyler has signed a three year contract with Reading. No fee has been disclosed. The player had one year left on his contract having signed an extension in February 2015.
Having impressed for United at U21 level at left back and centre back, then putting in some decent, if inconsistent performances on promotion under LVG, his career stalled a bit on loan at Celtic.
Still only 22 years old, versatile, experienced at the top level for his age, and having represented England at every level from U16 to U21, the young Manc can still have a very bright future.

TBH 4 in 2 years is pretty damn good going for a club of our standards, although I'd replace Martial in your list with Rashford although Martial is young we paid a fair bit of money for him (I assume you meant Rashford)
At a club where the expectations and the standards are so high I can't imagine many do much more.
In regards to the 3 you listed I can't help but feel Januzaj's problems were of his own making Moyes mentioned as much and Wilson well he did okay didn't exactly set the championship alight let alone making the step up to the first team squad at a team like United.

Sorry I meant Rashford, not Martial. Yeah 4 isn't bad but I felt they (and the other kids) were allowed to play and develop at the expense of our team main goals at times. I was also making the point that people were using his time at Barca and Bayern and examples of the kind of quality he will leave. Like I said he could only work with what he has but I wouldn't say that 4 are comparable.

Ha, I'm not expecting him to succeed at the club but I do think there's possibly something there. Maybe more as a DM though, partnering Carrick and against Real he showed something.

I'm one of those crazy people who keep saying one more season, he might come good.
So my opinion is invalid.
If your interested though I think we should just wait it out and see how he does under Jose this season.
