FA now deliberating on evidence (according to YEP), what I don't understand is how McContract gets away with it, he must have known that a payment was being made to this person, he must have known of him / been associated / represented by him to even be in receipt of money from Leeds.
Okay C£llino / Leeds should have checked he was registered BUT if this person is being presented as a representative of a person then I don't see how that person can go unpunished. Surely McContract should be checking to see all the people he is represented by are legit?
Footballers all too often play the "I'm a footballer therefore a R£tard" card.

So, from what I can gather:
McCormack - Player
McC's agent is Derek Day (FIFA licensed) - he's legit
If this relationship runs like most, player does the playing, agent does the contracts/transfers.
LUFC & MC talk to Day regards Fulham transfer.
All legit so far.
Then this Barry Hughes, who's a fraudster, and not
an agent or seen as involved in this transfer, claims
LUFC/MC owe him money for his role in the
transfer, after the fact, then hires a law firm to chase
LUFC for the money.
Fast forward to hearing and we see that neither McC
or Day were called or held accountable for wrong doing.
But, LUFC admits guilt.
MC says he's not guilty.
What a nutty story. Kind of with LIW on this, all points
to Hughes for sure and just because he's MC, MC.
Both convicted fraudsters.

LUFC guilty, Cellino pleads not guilty.
The man has no grip on reality.
