Mutiny in the camp. Players already turning against Jose.
I was a big advocate of getting Jose and was even willing to take the eventual meltdown after 3years in conjunction with titles. However a lot of papers are running with the same story. Players being furious with public criticism of lingard, miki n latest one Shaw. Jesus wept it's been 5 games ffs. What the hell!
Lots of different journos running with it. If he has lost part of dressing room it would explain last 7 days where we barely resembled a football team let alone a title chasing one. And he has lost them already or cracks are already appearing then it's tough to get them back on side. Some will call them soft but that's the modern day player for you.
Bloody hell Jose. I want you succeed more than anyone but you're guna make lvg's time with us look decent if you're not careful. Stop telling press everything.
Press are having a field day.

Schweinsteiger is still involved. Would make perfect sense if it were him. He's got a reason to be pissssssed with Jose.

Unlikely imo. These leaks have been going on for the last three years - basically since SAF retired. If you do the maths...it can't possibly be Bastian (or Bastian alone anyway).
I have no idea who it is and I don't pay attention to twitter...but I wouldn't be surprised if it was Rooney just because I know he has leaked comments to the press before.
When he fell out with SAF, Roo was praised by his defenders for "not commenting in the media". Except we had regular updates from the Rooney camp with journos quite confidently telling us Roo's thoughts on the situation.
There may not have been any direct comments in quotes but it was obvious the media was being filled in by Roo's people.
Also, we had this same "mole" problem under Moyes and there aren't that many players at the club now who were also in the Moyes squad so that narrows it down a bit too imo.
Finally, if Roo was a "mole" then that might help explain why he gets such an easy ride in the press!
It probably isn't Wayne - and I am wildly speculating for the hell of it - but there is as much an argument for it being him as anyone else.
Anyway, Jose deserves it considering all the leaks that came from his camp about how he was going to replace LVG!! What goes around comes around...

What this latest press business highlights perfectly though is that you can do whatever you want as long as you are winning.
José and Pep´s actions are almost a mirror image since taking over.... one is vilified, the other a hero.
This is why you should always take a step back and work out why a manager has said/done something, why the media have reported it in a certain way and then let it breath a bit before forming strong opinions on the whole thing.
--------
This isn't about how it was reported. The media quoted Mourinho word for word anyway. This is about how what Jose says has affected the team. If the team is reacting to what he actually said, what does that have to do with the media's style?

Joe Hart is an average keeper, Bastion is a more than capable midfielder. If He's good enough for Germany he's more than good enough for Man Utd. (and i know he's retired now) Amazed Jose hasn't fired Mata out yet seeing he was so bad at Chelsea. Player of the year twice on the spin didn't wash with a special one!

Jose was an utter disgrace late into his tenure with us....seen little different so far....
----------------------------------------------------------------------
A perfect example to support my previous post, thank you
Please explain how Jose has been an 'utter disgrace' at United.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
His treatment of Bastion for starters and blaming everyone but himself as usual!

Cheers Mr M
Saved me the bother.....Shaw is the latest isn't he

The story to me is still more about who Duckers source is, that's who Mourinho needs to get rid of. I can guarantee there is someone feeding him the story.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Clearly someone who played under fergie.
Could be one (or more) of De Gea, Valencia, Smalling, Carrick, Rooney, any others?
Btw admin, "ba.cooon face" is a banned term? Seriously?

All this fuss about Shaw... why was he allowed to play in the first place?

Gotta admit. This whole fiasco is pure entertainment.

What if Ducker's sauce (Duck sauce?) isn't one of the actual players, but someone who is close enough to them to get the inside scoop then feed it to a journo...?

Ducker has likely pulled this story out of his arrse
