Green 7 had nothing to do but caught well
Aydling 7 steady, nothing got past him
Taylor 7 finally did a decent cross, played well
Jannsen 8 throw him a brick and he'll head it away
Bartley 8 been unlooked this season, excellent has always
Okane 8 thought he grew into game, best game for us
Spanish lad 8 excellent, stopped giving the ball and trying impossible balls, hold my hands up, he might not be finished
Phillips 7 good game, some lovely long passes
Sakho 8 tore their full back to pieces and only marked down because his shooting is so bad
Dallas 6 he never got involved, not his fault, and worked hard
Wood 8 held up well and he's the key player for us, he plays well we play well
Been probably five years since I've seen us totally dominate a game for the full 90.
And can we now stop this bull that wood shouldn't start, he's the only player we have to play this position

Ayling had a great game. Interplay with Sacko and Hernandez was great and he was sound at the back. Performances like this make me think Berardi may find it hard to get back.in.

Sacko would be so good if he had a football brain. Failing that, please Sacko, just run at defenders at full pelt and scare the hell out of them. He is exciting and will be fantastic, but we need him to develop something extra quickly aswell.
Some brilliant one-twos, his speed is phenomenal, his crossing can be very good, and his shooting will get better when he doesn't snatch at it like a giddy schoolgirl.
What extra? Ayling, Hernandez and O'Kane all told him, if they are on the wing, he needs to be moving for a through ball past the defender, not standing behind them or two yards away on the touchline. Move, man! That's what scares those defenders.
Anything else? Yep - get in the darned box when we are attacking on the other side of the pitch or if he has laid in someone else down his wing. Cause them some real problems!
He is good now, but he could be phenomenal

Great to see us bringing a few wins together, gives some sort of confidence when coming up agains the better teams now.
