Local derby tonight. 3rd place bolton with 16 points face Rochdale in 19th place with 9 points at spotland tonight. Rochdale another banana skin as they are on a run of 7 points from 3 games and have scored 7 goals in those 3 games. By comparison Bolton have not won in the last 6 games and have not scored in the last 263 minutes so the form stats are not good. Team news. May have to be changes tonight. Buxton, wheater and Beevers have emerged as doubtful so possible starts for Wilson, derik and Thorpe. Trotter, vela and Clough also have their problems and with Davies, pratley, Clayton, dervite and madine still out tests the durability of the squad. A plus keshi Anderson is back from suspension. Very busy work day and doubt will make kick off so will need some help with the thread thanks.

PP isn't saying much ,loss of confidence in the players.
Not a thing about his tactics being wrong,
But then again not moaning about the Rochdale players or the officials, that makes a pleasant change,
It would be nice if he just came out and said,I only play one way Hoof ball, but I can organise a defence.most of the time,

I want to know why the Beano hasn't told us who owns bits of our players. El Presidenti owned some didn't he which was all legal and above board but who owns bits of the new crop of players. It's important we need to know who the stupid ones are with more money than sense.
If you own a players ass please contact the Beano they want to hear your story.

It's Crunchie day again.
Big news Madine is ready to make a guest appearance and save the day with a bag full of goals poor Oxford won't know what's hit them when the goal machine spins into action.
What do you mean I've got more chance of winning a CrackerJack pencil and pencil case at five to five today than the above being true.

The worrying thing is PP still doesn't understand the reasons why we have not been playing well the last 6/7 games .
And with Madine back is hoof ball may make us look a little better .

Looks like we will be lucky to get a mid table finish come end of season, the way we keep failing to put the chances away
----------------------------------------------------------------------
I said it before the season and I'll say it again: if we start 2017/18 in League 1 on zero points it will be a heck of an achievement
Meanwhile off the pitch: how many months' running costs does the Holding fee fund? Five-figure home gates are OK for League 1, but how many of those attending are season ticket holders whose money has long since been spent? The little flurry of good results at the start of the season was a welcome distraction, but I'm still more concerned about the finances.

Now then Exiled lets not be getting carried away.
Uncle Ken said when we get promoted this season he will find some investors willing to cough up oodles of cash what could possibly go wrong.
The high earners going off the books will save us if the above fails. When they are gone the savings can be used to start paying off the debts being built up while they remain so only a few more years of freebies until we are straight then we might be able to save up to pay for a player.
