Definitely wasn't the best fight I've seen ever but it's up. Both guys showed heart and tenacity because both were hurt and made smart decisions to adapt.

Choi showed incredible durability especially since I think he took a lot more damaging punches. Swanson showed his experience by weathering the storms that Choi imposed on him and by answering back with vehemence.

I've seen people call this fight a brawl but it was anything but.

It's never smart to call a fight the greatest i've ever seen just after it happened, but Swanson vs Choi was an incredible fight, and right up their with the best of all time.
This 100%

Choi has a chin on him, quite a few times i thought it was over, amazing fight.

Overall very entainming card
The UFC are ending the year very strongly indeed. 205 was an incredible card, 206 was a worthy follow up to 205 and now 207 on paper looks like another barnburner.

My only small critique was the main event between Holloway and Pettis. Holloway won the fight but Pettis broke his hand in the first which altered things greatly. I would have like to have seen them both at there optimal but these things are a ubiquitous in the sport.

Get on the rousey thread digby

The ufc's hype jobs both lost tonight and both by submission

Faber going out on a high A fighter who was integral for lighter weights to get the spot light shone in there direction.

Digby, do you reckon faber has poked van zant?
