Why Are People Buying This Carp

Hello fellow Gooners I hope all is well for each of you.

Right my first article of the season is about this supposed Allardyce scandal. The only scandal here is that the telegraph can attempt to use suggestion innuendo and a video of a man answering leading questions, to get him sacked from his job, without him actually being guilty of doing anything wrong or illegal.

I don't know what else is to come but Sam won't be sacked on the strength of what we have seen thus far. It's not illegal for him to state the fact there is a loophole in the ruling. It's not even illegal for him to sit and explain how to exploit the loophole (unless they've written it into his contract he can't). He'll have a strong wrongful dismissal and libel case if he's sacked purely on the video we've seen and suggestive innuendo from a dodgy, scandal seeking, muck raking journalist's entrapment exercise. Ffs people IT'S THE JOURNALIST HIMSELF who is the first one to mention "Ways around that rule though aren't there."

This is a smear attempt by the telegraph. They're clearly not happy at the appointment of gruff fat Sam as the England manager. They don't have anything more than we've seen on Allardyce himself. They may well be able to directly name and shame others. But if they had anything more juicy on Sam, they'd have broken the story with that instead. What they've done here is gather some legitimate evidence of corruption regarding low profile, nobody figures. Basically no names that people would recognise outside the clubs they're at. So they've manufactured the scenario we've all seen, in an attempt to entrap themselves a big name to crown their "Scandal Uncovered" article. They failed to get anything really incriminating on Sam so have simply released their legally useless footage alongside their announcement of corruption they discovered. All the "further evidence" to come, that's been given to the FA. Is just the evidence on a bunch of low profile people whose names wouldn't have sold any papers because their club is too small or we've never heard of them.

Don't be a mug and fall for the Telegraph's Sun-style journalism.

Don't think Telegraph is saying presently employed.

Ok gotcha.

We are all guessing though till the revelations come out. Just guessing who would be Fat Sam's friends to tell them they are taking part in corrupt practises. Otherwise its just libel and Telegraph couldn't really print it.

I could have sworn crap was one of the words that gets blocked. If he has been sacked then mark it up as a successful con job by the Telegraph. Roy Hodgson HAS got a boring voice, he and Neville did argue about putting a player on and loopholes in the rules do exist. Sam Allardyce shouldn't be being sacked for talking about the truth. Him leaving the post will be as a result of the Telegraph's "Sensationalise the story" spin to the public NOT a result of any rule breaking or illegal actions on his part. It's that I'm saying is wrong about all of this. Too many people these days lose jobs and careers because the press cons the public into a perceiving something as wrong/illegal when it actually isn't. Then whips it into a frenzy of "Sack him/her!" demands.

This type of "Flimsy to nothing evidence plus newspaper spin" situation sees people sent to jail for high profile crimes they never committed and people's lives ruined because the press said they were a kiddy fiddler or a rapist.

I hate that type of evidence. It's nearly as bad as the caught on tape with the actual words coming out of your mouth type of evidence

Jesus wept, are you for real for backing Fat Sam?

Beep and England FA litarally kicked FIFA allover the place few months back, costing Blatter his job. Now how can FA close blind eye on this scandal?

The word being used is it is "untenable" for him to continue and that he went by mutual consent.

Tbh, I agree with that.

Its not just the offering advice how to get around third party player ownership, which has been described as slavery, but also the use of the name "Woy" and attacks on Prince William.

Whoever is the England manager should know that they are in a position with a very high level of scrutiny and need to be on guard all of the time. Being caught out like that is down to him being stupid. He's got no one to blame but himself and should go.
