David Haye has some how managed to become the WBO mandatory challenger for the winner of Ruiz vs Parker. I'd back Haye to beat them both although Parker would be a tough nut to crack. Looks like Haye could be getting his ticket back to the big time off the back of two low level bouts
Thoughts?

Alas Guv, this is boxing where money talks and ability comes a distant last

If haye is smart he will get a fight under his belt first.
He needs a proper fight before he steps in for a title shot.
Just someone who can at least press him.

Tyson Fury is the True Champion, the rest are just paper champs

Bellew muting a cruiser weight unification fight.
If he did that he could probably get a fairly quick route to a world title fight at heavyweight if he stepped up, particularly if there are multiple champions at hw

At what point do they stop being 'paper champions'?

What's your thoughts on the whole heavyweight situation right now D4? Haven't been on these boards much recently.
Reckon Haye still has it? Is the division lucky that Fury has been taken out of the picture?

Haye still has it in my opinion and looks more like a Heavyweight now than ever. But he's still a small HW whatever way you dress it up. Still think that Haye can have a big impact and claim at least one of the belts.
There's nothing good about Fury not being in the picture. Even if one HW unifies the divsion they still won't be considered the best unless they beat Fury.
