Kane was playing pretty sheet before he got injured

Personally I don't see that Alli missing a chance from right in front of goal, means that we should be praying that when Harry comes back, he's in the type of form where he could only score from 3 yards out. Come on Hengy.

I'm not i was just pointing that he was in goal scoring form before he's injury ( and playing pretty good in those games ) and that we should be glad his going to be back very soon.

As for tap ins I'd certainly take Kane being in that position than anyone else in the squad

He was in such bad shooting form, that he actually nearly facked it up by taking a touch.

Ordinarily, I would completely agree with you though.

Which is why I hope he comes back in his best form when he's a genuinely top class striker, and not in the form he was in before the injury, when as a goal scorer, he was imo, and in topgeezer's words, "playing pretty sheet"

Anyway regardless if some believe he was playing sheet ( he wasn't ) I'm very happy to have a proven and our best striker coming back

Would he have scored the goal he scored at stamford bridge, if it had been at the start of this season ? Not a chance in hell. His general play was ok I agree, but he was clearly off form in front of goal. Was taking extra touches he would never ever take on the top of his game. Agree it will be great to have him back though.

Why the Fack did we sell Chadli. In recent seasons when goals dried up he always seemed to be the one bailing us out

Don't know whether it was Son's choice or Poch's, but I don't understand why he played right up against their defenders. If that was to get him running in behind them then the blame lays squarely with our midfield who didn't supply him with any quality. Not surprising considering they were all on top of each other
