Selby's long game was ridiculously good in the final. The only safe spot O'Sullivan found all day was behind that brown.

Have to admit Selby was on form in the final and played well. Ronnie played very well this evening but it was the afternoon session that let him down and made the task difficult.

Great final and a deserved win for Selby in the end. Ronnie just left himself with too much to do from 6-2 down.
Just want to bring up the point of what was shown during the interval last night. The divide in prize money.
I don't agree with Hearn saying that the top players should be paid very well and the losers get nothing. How are these players ever going to improve when they are losing so much money on the tour?
Selby made a good point of an A and B tour. Split the 128 into two 64's. Promotion and relegation at the end of each season. Surely that way players in the B section have more chance of earning some money rather than getting hammered 6-0 in the first round of tournaments for a grand total of £0 earnings?

Ronnie has now lost 3 finals this season. Hoping if he continues this form, he can maybe win some soon.

RKW, I agree with you about the promotion & relegation, they need to earn their living.
