El Hadji "dk" diouf

http://www.liverpoolecho.co.uk/sport/football/football-news/liverpool-flop-el-hadji-diouf-12228480

Always, always will and has been a complete and proper dk head. I remember him spitting at Celtic supporters then his awful performances for us; Gerrard couldnt look him in the eye?? Of course he couldnt, why would anyone want to look that dk in the eye.

How the hell a mediocre player like hadji can even think he should be talking to a ledge like Gerarrd is baffling, he is miles away from Gerrards class.

Every now and then this gobshi!te pops up with some put down on gerarrd, the bloke is a proper tnuc!

Diouf is a massive tool, but do you think he would receive as much hatred from Liverpool fans, if he had the quality on the pitch of Suarez? Or would he be seen as a hero?

As much hatred? No. Absolutely not. And I can be that definitive because I've never known a player, either playing for the club or having left, that is disliked as much as Diouf.

Part of that hatred was based in his ability. By that I mean he has the ego of Ronaldo but with the ability of a very average premier league footballer (at best). Ronaldo is disliked enough as it is for his ego but at least he has the ability to back it up!

If he had the ability of Suarez then I suspect the ego would be tolerated.

I know you probably meant that as a WUM but I thought I'd try a sensible answer.

To be fair it's his poor footballing ability that makes him appear the tool given everything he's said. He's spouted so much garbage about he was a better player than Gerrard in the past and Gerrard was nothing yet Diouf is the only Liverpool number 9 to go a whole season without scoring ffs . If it was Suarez saying that sort of stuff you'd still think he's a tool but you could at least debate whether Suarez was the better player.

Wasn't meant as a wum. Was a serious question. We all know players if they are good enough can do pretty much what they want and if they are good enough we either turn a blind eye or even excuse there behaviour. Diouf and Suarez are the perfect examples of this imo.
