We are now in December and the summer signings have had enough time to make an impact so I am going to give my take on the bigger signings.
Arsenal
1. Xhaka (35m) - Nothing positive to say at this point, it's a huge sum to spend for Wenger and all being fit, he would be unlikely to make the bench. Serious wasted cash. 3/10
2. Mustafi (35m) - Improved the back line. Still feel there is more to come from him and Koscielny as a pair. 8/10
3. Perez (17m) - Waste of money. Baffling to spend that amount on a player who will hardly play. Panic signing. 3/10
Chelsea
1. Kante (32m) - Excellent, compare him to Xhaka and the difference is night and day in terms of what the two clubs got for their money. 9/10
2. Luiz (34m) - More than a few eyebrows were raised at this deal. Looked on paper very expensive for a player who can be a weak link. The opposite has been true of him so far in his second spell and he's been key to the turnaround in Chelsea's season and the system covers his weaknesses better than most. 8/10
3. Alonso (23m) - Decent signing, provides genuine threat down the left but looks weak going back. Room for improvement and there will need to be some if Chelsea are to compete in Europe next season with Alonso on the left. 6/10
4. Batshuayi (33m) - Not seen enough of him, has impressed in short spells but the jury is still out. If Costa was to be injured for a number of months could Batshuayi fire them to the Title? 6/10
Liverpool
1. Mane (34m) - Impressive, adds more dynamism to the front line of Liverpool, He's tricky, pacey and on his way to a healthy goal total. Can he step up again in the absence of Coutinho an keep Liverpool in the Title race? 9/10
2. Wijnaldum (25m) - Underwhelming, although he has the difficult task of trying to force his way into attacking line up, I would expect improvement from him as the season develops. 6/10
3. Karius (5m) - The less said the better, only cost 5m but has cost multiple goals on top of that. Very shaky and almost impressively he's managed to make Mignolet look like a safe pair of hands. Liverpool will not win the league with Karius in goal. Urgent need for a replacement. 0/10
4. Matip (Free) - No frills, but has improved the centre of defence. Impressive signing on a bosman. (7/10)
5. Klavan (4.2m) - If the manager is choosing Lucas ahead of you at CB then it would suggest the writing is on the wall. (4/10)
Manchester City
1. Bravo (15.5m) - Not suited to the league and extremely over priced at his age. You would expect him to improve as time goes on but it has to be said the decision to replace Hart with Bravo is a mill stone around Pep's neck at the moment. (4/10)
2. Stones (47.5m) - The added English tax makes the transfer fee look ridiculous for what is essentially a ball playing centre half that requires plenty of improvement required to be genuinely top class. He's looked good at points and struggled at others. 6/10
3. Gundogan (20m) - A steal at 20m. Still to get into top gear but the class is evident. The ability to be the best central midfielder in the league if he can get back to his very best. (8/10)
4. Sane (37m) - Flashes of great potential so far but not enough end product. Needs to start more games and adapt to the league quicker. (6/10)
5. Nolito (14m) - Good signing, he is though a bit hot headed and has a few red cards in him over the course of a season. Very good squad player to have. (7/10)
Manchester United
1. Pogba (89m) - The class is evident, the performances are steadily improving. Key in the improvement performance wise from United (if not results). (7/10)
2. Mkhitarayan (26m) - For whatever reasons it has taken him too long to get into the first team and he needs to make up for it on the pitch. What we have seen from him is that his ability isn't in question but he needs to get it right mentally. Starting to get a run of games and is improving (5/10)
3. Ibrahimovic (Free) - You know what you are going to get, goals, experience and plenty of confidence. He has slotted in well and is the main threat for United. He like United now need to put it all together and go on a run (7/10)
4. Bailly (30m) - A clear improvement on the previous options at CB. Athletic, strong and more composed than many expected. (7/10)
Tottenham
1. Sissoko (30m) - Hoping to sign the Euro 2016 Sissoko, ended up signing the anonymous Sissoko from last season at Newcastle. Rank rotten and hugely overpriced. (1/10)
2. Wanyama (11m) - Good addition, seems to have made the central midfield role his own already. Very good midfielder who is only going to get better. (7/10)
3. Nkoudou (10m) - N'Whodo? Not seen enough. Low score for not making an impact (2/10)
4. Janssen (17m) - A cheaper Soldado but still an expensive mistake needs a bit of luck and a run of goals to save his Tottenham future. (3/10)

Out injured. Comes back, and bags an ECL hat-trick. Should be 4/10 at least you'd think?

Too dear is too dear, and at the time he was not worth it.
But if he has a long successful career we will all forget the price.
_______________
I don't disagree but I think his price is partly based on the hope/expectation that he will have a long and successful career since he is still young.
I wouldn't argue with Pogba getting a 7 but I wouldn't argue with a 6 either. Any lower is a bit harsh imo but I agree that scoring is too subjective to be of any real significance anyway.

I've only read arsenal and Chelsea, so far. How can Xhaka & Perez get a 3, but then batshuayi get a 6, when you admit you haven't seen him play, and he's had next to no game time?

where did i say i hadn't seen him play
Batshuayi has scored goals
