This is where Wenger is at fault to be honest. Wenger kept on blaming Xhaka publicly about his tackling as an excuse for not playing him. Wenger spent £35m on him so didn't he already know that he was buying a hard man? Why keep on going on about it so the refs pick him out? We needed to be sending a message to other teams that we are not SOFT anymore. Hughes probably told Adams to do Alexis. Managers don't realise that Alexis is not soft like Reyes used to be or some of our other players have been in the past.
