The Mrs took her 75 year old wheelchair bound mother out this morning at around 10am locally just get a few last bits in for xmas.

Just had a call from the Mrs at 1pm,they have just got her back indoors & the poor old cow has been robbed, back door has been forced and the cant/s have took her jewellery, xmas pressies for our kids and other grand kids and family members, medication been emptied onto her bed, she`s in bits and shook up as you can imagine.

Saves all year round every year to make sure her familys have a good xmas, only living on a small works pension topped up by her disability allowance, lives on her own because of the chair,my wife see`s her on a daily basis tho, just said they must have known her/them and seen them out and about locally this morning, ffs shes indoors 7 days a week usually, apart from the odd day out here and there for messages, the mrs does the rest for her.

Fooking raging here, just gotta phone the local pawn brookers/cash convertors ect: The police are on their way.

Thanks too Lisa for her very kind donation

We had Rita over for xmas day/dinner and the poor old girl just aint the same as she was prior to being burgled.

Sad to witness such a decline these animals have caused, she was very quiet and got upset a few times, you could just tell she wanted to be back home asap.

We have kept this page from her as it runs out around her birthday (15th jan) so hopefully we can raise a few bob more before then and put a little faith and a smile back on her face.

Big thanks to everyone who has made a donation so-far,we all very much appreciate it

Hows yer luck ? Wife was with Rita as per usual on thursday when a phonecall comes in...Gary her eldest son was in resuss in the royal london after being knocked down by his own dust cart ( http://www.hackneygazette.co.uk/news/bin_collector_hospitalised_after_being_run_over_by_his_own_truck_in_stoke_newington_1_4838722 ) Now Gal as we know him is usually the driver on his run, however on thursday someone else had took a sickie and he was asked to cover. He jumped out the dust cart and somehow despite screaming STOP the driver ran over him,and then back over him again crushing his toes on both feet and smashing his ankles,he has severe pain up too his shins in both legs but his legs are to swollen at the mo to see what damage has been done, doctors have said they have monday planned to opperate no matter what! He is bleeding internally and in so much pain as you can imagine, only controlled by morphine, yesterday he was being sick and had terrible head pains, they rekon its a sign of shock. Happy new fecking year eh!

Update:

Just to let all donators to my just giving page for Rita are now in:

£270.00 online (thanks again Bears & Bhoys) Offline,we had a collection in our local and that raised another £426.00

Out of the above,we bought Rita some more security for her home including camera`s back and front and doors and windows now have alarms, the bloke who fitted them refused to take any payment, what ever is left will be presented to Rita today, hopefully that will put a smile on the auld goats dial. Thanks again folks,we really appreciate your help. xx
