Would you rather play the easier teams at home or the harder teams? Would you be likely to pick up more points against the bottom 10 than the top 10?
Disadvantage

Whats this nonses about top 10 ? I would be agree with top 6 as they are like to take points off each other
Any teams below 6th are average at best.
Chelsea played Arsenal, Man City and Spurs away. won 1 and lost 2. They have yet to visit Anfield and Old Trafford.

Disagree. You would expect to be the lower teams home and away, whereas it's much harder to beat the top teams away than at home.

Yeah, I already mentioned this in another article, about how we've played more of the top half of the table away than any of the other top 6, with Chelsea having played the fewest. They didn't seem to think it made any difference though.
That was before they had another away trip, to us, and lost.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
So does that mean you have more of the top 10 to play at home than everyone else?
Home is where most points are going to be picked up but if you have all the difficult teams to play at home you would likely pick up less points.
Spurs seem to be at a disadvantage.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
We've played City, Liverpool, and Chelsea at home of the top 6 so it's not like we've had hard away fixtures and easy home ones, compared to other teams.
Playing at home is easier than playing away generally no matter who the opposition. But in terms of teams around the top 10, they're more likely of taking points off the big teams at home than those in the bottom 10.

We definitely haven't played only 2 away top 10 this season!?

We've it the best OP to be honest.
Spurs, Arsenal and Chelsea all to come to Anfiled, only 2 away's v top 6 city and united.
Plus we've more home games than anyone in the secodn half of the season as we played 3 aways at the start while thestand was being finished.
Not trying to make this an us v you or anything but IMO the second half of the season fixture wise is an advantage for us.

Oh and Everton also come to Anfiled

Haven't we played Arsenal, United and Chelsea away already?
So only City and Liverpool to go
