FA cup 4th round

I wonder who we'll get in the cup, will the tie definitely be on the 28th?

not definitely - TV has the final say these days and most cup weekends stretch from Friday to Monday.

Can you not use it for the re-arranged date ?

I've certainly done it on away matches that got postponed, but it's never happened to me at a home match.

They'll be dusting off the archives at Wolves,to find the curled up,yellowing parchment from the last time this situation was applicable!

I think the point was that bullymagic wouldn't find it that easy to get to the rearranged game if it is mid-week.

correct gb, I'm a bit thick to work that out.

I can make the mid-week but it screws up the next day for work and there are others coming too that are travelling much further.

Think I will end up getting a refund and maybe buying tickets for the cup match instead depending on where and when that will be.

There were probably only 22 teams in the league the last time we reached the 4th round, so there was no league match scheduled! Seem to recall that if you went out in the third, there was not match on 4th round day.Problem only arose at 5th round stage.
