So the January window is upon us .. Who stays, who goes, who comes in. We are strongly linked with Lansbury who i think would be a great signing. A central playmaker who scores goals, links up and play and runs at players. We have not had this in the team since Merson. Another central box to box midfielder would be great but i trust Bruce to get the right players in. The reason i wrote this article though is about the players that must go. Ayew, Grealish are two i would happily see out the door. Overpaid and not prepared to fight for the cause and we really dont need these type at the club. I watched the spurs game and Grealish was prancing around like he was Messi. Yes he is a talent but he rarely shows it consistently and at this level should be putting in far more better performances against weaker opposition. Ayew just does not want to be at the club and cashing in for 8 odd million and re investing is definitely the answer !!

We desperately, DESPERATELY!!, need a striker. We should not have allowed Rudy to leave, at this stage - the timing was terrible. We all know his limitations, but I felt fairly relaxed about the AFCON, beforehand, as I thought Rudy and McCormack could form a very effective front two, at this level. But now he’s gone, we have no presence whatsoever up top. It was so comfortable for Cardiff, especially in the first half, and I really can’t see us troubling many other centre halves. For the first time this season, I am not looking forward to our next fixture.
Grealish has to stay. No question. He has not realised his full potential, yet, but he has so much ability and I think Bruce will get the best out of him, eventually. Already, he is the most fouled player in the league, which shows how much he concerns other teams. His presence, alone, creates space….if only we had the players to exploit this.

Don't understand why Grealish and Ayew "must go". Grealish has talent but is still learning, and to be fair the lad I think he realises that and is trying; he's gained us some useful points this season. Ayew has yet to fit in properly and it wouldn't be a disaster if he went, but he can still be a useful player for us.

Grealish has got to stay imo, play him behind the striker where imo he would be most effective
Linked with the Barnsley RB James Bree so its obvious SB knows where to start hopefully
