4.5 mill Levy is a genius.

Good luck to the lad but IMO he never showed up when he had a chance.
When his in the championship next season he will be at his level.

tbf I'd say 4.5 mil is a bit of a steal...tidy player will probably do well 7/10 more often than not if he gets a consistent run of games.

4.5m for him is a great deal for you. He won't last in the Premier League. You can correct me if I'm wrong but it seems like he's been around the the first team for a couple of seasons now and Winks only really this season but Winks has given a much better account of himself. Not yet a world beater of course but he reminds me of Wilshere in his movement and his passing style.

He's kinda like Stewart at LFC...both came thru our academy but havent really shown themselves to be anything more than ok, despite quite a few opportunities. Both around 23/24. You'd think they'd have broken thru by now but probably at clubs above their level.

Yeah...I'm really not sure why we took Stewart on. He's decent but really nothing special and isn't very young anymore. I suppose if we get the same fee for him you get for Carroll it will be an alright move.
