PROMOTION ???

Just thinking about coaching staff, if we got promoted to the premier league, how many would think having ryan giggs as part of the coaching staff would be a good move ?....he has won a lot even though it is with that lot over the hills, i think he'd be good for the academy lads or work with garry monk.....

Worst role model i could think of. He's a morally bankrupt c nut. As for coaching, he was a good player but jeez how many have been good coaches? I hope he never crosses our TV screens again tbh.

We're in dangerous territory here.

Half the posters are commenting about Gary Max. The other half about Giggs.

I am sure we can work out which one...

I would suggest that Dartmoor is commenting about Giggs

Rumour that Robbie Keane is holding talks with Leeds reps. Also linked with Preston, Brighton and Wolves.
WTF???

I have a feeling that our midfield is doing rather well at the moment. Pep Clotet and Garry Monk seem to be doing the job - why would we bring in someone else?

As for not having someone purely because they were at Man U - Strachan anyone? Not saying I would want Giggs, but having the right person with the right skills is more important than who they used to play for. Surely?

Whilst I wouldn't want Giggs near Leeds United to suggest we shouldn't have anyone with questionable morals might lead to rather empty set of management offices, an empty dressing room and a very low attendance....

Footballers live in a very large goldfish bowl but their behaviours are replicated across society.

As a wise sage earlier suggested it' has to be about their ability to work within the existing framework and be capable of delivering something extra to what we have.

Stevie, well said!.

Money, flash cars and women, that's the order off the day around the football world!..

But it has to be asked and I know nobody will admit, how many are slamming these people on here, twitter or facebook, but have done exactly the same?..

And I can honestly say I never did the dirty on my wife!..

I could never respect the words of Ryan Giggs following the business with his brother. Why would anyone else?
As a chairman looking to bring in a team of people able to educate and develop the players Ryan Giggs would be pretty much bottom of the list.
