When i asked last week if you'd approve of how Billic has handled the Payet situation, the overwhelming repsonse seems to have been "hell yeah".
So what about Conte's approach? The "behind closed doors" approach, which is kinda protecting Costa as well. Is Conte wrong?
I understand differing styles/approaches etc. But we're led to to believe (not saying it's true) that the 2 situations aren't that dissimilar.
I personally think Conte is getting it spot on.

With this sort of thing you can only really tell judging by the performances there after, it seems both Conte and Billic have got it right so far with both stances

Flash, The Payet situation is different (at the moment) as Bilic has made the circumstances transparent.
As of yet we don't know what the facts are regarding Costa, so I don't really see the point in speculating on what Conte is, or isn't doing!

Different situations, Payet has refused to play for them again, doubt that is the case with Costa.
