The Curious case of Warburton

I like the man but i'm lost in translation somewhere or perhaps he used that magic hat again and bamboozled us bears without us knowing it..

He courted Michael O'halloran like a wee hunny from the neighborhood street with promises of pearls and fairy tales, O'halloran's wizardry football skills and potential were required to make Rangers a potent threat

But, just like the spells that Warburton cast on Maciej Gostomsk, Joey Barton, Oduwa, Sanderos, and Crooks, all that's needed is a simple piff paff poof and O'halloran can be gone with Gilks behind him.

His rabbit tricks have certainly been the capture of Foderingham, a useful Tavenier and Waghorn but the likes of Holt, Halliday, Hodson whom are on the team sheet regularly or on the fringes may feel that under the rapidly changing dressing room's at both facilities may bring about uncertainly to their very own careers. and the bigger question is? are they good enough?

Which brings me to Rossiter, Forrester, Dodoo, Wilson, Hill and anyone else that's hiding.

Penn & Teller couldn't fix this mess and the two transfer windows so far has his audience booing.

Why wouldn't I be? Because I'm critical of the now? Just makes your accusations pathetic

We obviously see two different realities and I ain't in cloud cuckoo land.

His signings can be put into 4 categories. Decent, decent for last season but not for this, awful and mehs.

Only one player falls into decent category and that's Foderingham.

Likes of Tav, Holt, Waghorn, Wilson and Halliday for last season. Done the job but not good enough going forward. Ball and Zelelam could fall into this category as well.

Mehs, the likes of Hodson, Gilks, Hill. Back up players who do a job but arent all that great or exciting.

Awful likes of Barton, Senderos, Garner and MOH. The big money signings who haven't kicked a ball for us. All of last summers transfers, outwith the ones listed above fall into this, it was that bad a window. One of two may come good yet but I'll wait and see.

Overall his transfers haven't been great but that is just the nature of where we shop. Im no fan of Warburton but we do have M & S aspirations on a happy shopper budget so those we bring in will be of questionable quality. Until there's more money in the club it'll remain the same.

Plus anyway MOH is an awful footballer. Only half decent attribute is that he is quite quick. A right footed Greg Wylde.
