Agree with most of it but I'd be inclined to pick Monreal over Gibbs since he's better on the ball, Coquelin over Xhaka as I remain unconvinced by Xhaka, and it's a tough choice between Welbeck and Iwobi on the left for me.

Left back and centre mid are definitely positions we should be considering strengthening. Hopefully Xhaka can make the position his own but I'm worried by his lack of mobility and dribbling ability. He seems very vulnerable when pressed such as against City for example. Cazorla on the other hand almost seems to enjoy being pressed since he's so good at bypassing it.
