It actually isn't a fact. There are others that play a vital role in the club other than 'Big C' as you affectionately refer to him. I'd suggest Big C is becoming slightly smaller as his nose deteriorates from the cocaine. Oh and fyi, that is a fact in regards to his drug usage.

Once upon a time yes. Then as various people came in they informed him it was idiotic for him to try and manage every area and informed him how business actually works. The buck does not stop with the owner in any business, many decisions are made without the owner even knowing. People are employed to make those decisions. Cellino was too tight to employ them.
