Apparently Chelsea are close to signing the Bayern Leverkusen 22 year old midfielder (Calhanoglu) in this transfer window. He is meant to be Oscar's replacement according to the Sun.

The fee is thought to be approx £15m (€20m). It is thought that he is very keen to move to Chelsea, with some papers claiming that he has already agreed personal terms.
I haven't seen him play, but few searches tells me, that he can play anywhere in the midfield, both wings, centre and forward. He is also known be a free kick specialist. Already scored 5 goals in 17 appearances this season.

Unfortunately, he is no longer a free kick specialist. Willian is another one who doesn't do it anymore.

Just one of them. We've got technically good free kick takers but they haven't been this season.

He's scored a few. But Zlatan and Pogba usually take them now. Pogba's hit the bar a couple of times, to be fair. Zlatan's have been disappointing.

All you do is sign players then put them out on loan. That is not helping the game. Uefa should limit your squad drastically.
