Frustration?
I'm asking this cos of some of his post match interviews.
He's being quite abrupt with the interviewer....
Either last week or week before he gave the interviewer reason to say "I'm asking you because you're the coach and we're interested in what you're going to do....."
Pep's reply "that's right i am the Coach thanks"
Then tonight on MOTD, he was just watching the penalty incident. The pundit asked Pep about whether the ref got it wrong....
Pep "......first question you ask is about the referee, not the football....."
Then came across very agitated in rest of interview.
He possibly didn't wanna be seen to slate the ref, but he hasn't looked at peace for a while.
Is Pep feeling pressure? Or is it just.....

You realise that Walker used his hand to push Sterling, it wasn't a shoulder barge. It was a penalty and a red card for Walker, It's impossible to argue otherwise.

He knocked him off the balance, used his hands to push Sterling, thus denying a goal scoring opportunity. It's a clear foul, whether that's in or outside the box.

Poch is probably the only top manager who comes across well regardless of the results.
Probably because he is under the least pressure. Klopp was pretty cool in his first season when he was given a free run, but a lot angrier now after a loss.

Name me a manager who doesn't come across not so great when his side loses.
-----------------------------------------------------------
Ancelotti. And he's worked under some of the most unreasonable, demanding chairman in world football. But never loses face.
The problem with Pep is he's always been a gracious winner in the mold of someone like Ancelotti, he's never tried to own the spotlight in victory like many of the managers you listed. Right now his outbursts are doing the complete opposite, he's drawing unwanted attention to the club because he can't keep his ego in check. For someone who despises how Mourinho operates in a few years he'll look back at this period and wince.
