Right Wing Firmino

How does our best number 9 Firmino get shafted on the right wing for 90 min's while Sturridge doesnt break a sweat all game? He scores 2 goals on weekend and then put on the right

There was a couple of through balls for Sturridge which he couldn't be asked to sprint for. The Sturridge myth is finally over. Bad enough being in VVD pocket but to be humiliated by a reserve defence.

This doesn't reflect well on Klopp either. Outplayed in 2 legs. Players out of position and no plan B.

Firmino should have started centrally. It was mistake to play him from the right.

We desperately need another WF who offers some pace and movement. Without Mane we look toothless

If you're going to attack a player then get your facts straight. He wasn't in anyone's pocket, he had several chances. Bad finishing let him down, the defence didn't dominate him.

You might want to re read what I said. I said he was in VVD pocket who didn't play last night

Last night he was simply dreadful. Horrendous first touch, bullied, diving about and when he did get a sitter he fluffed it.

That's the whole point of this article. He is always poor on the right wing. That where Rodgers used to play him. He is our best number 9 but was wasted.

Re read it and makes no difference. This is what you wrote:-

Ridiculous, petulant statement

He was humiliated by a rookie defender and a dodgy reserve in Yoshida. Like I said he was bullied, kept giving ball away, kept diving, went missing and then missed a sitter on his left foot. He is no longer a decent striker. He is more use to us on the treatment table

Once you decide you don't like a player, which is pretty frequently, you really do get very petulant and biaatchy about them.....
