Transfer Deadline Day LIVE!!

It's deadline day! I've got my yellow tie on, the helicopter is out back, the Thai owners private plane number is plugged into my flight tracker app, Jon Rudkins been added as a Facebook friend - I'm ready to go!

In what appears to be one of the most underwhelming windows in Leicesters recent history, today is the day if we find out if we've finally pulled off the coup that is.....Molla Wague! Or maybe it will be another prime Serie A defender, who knows??

So the latest then....

Erik Sviatchenko - Hot off the press this one. Leicester have reportedly shown an interest in Celtics central defender Erik Sviatchenko. This player has been a stand out for Celtic under both Deila and Rogers and looks set to hold talks with Celtic today. Being reported in a few sources but nothing concrete yet

Molla Wague - Yep this is the one you've been keeping your fingers crossed for! Wague apparently flew in for a medical last night with SSN reporting a deal to bring this guy on loan from Granada was close. Nevermind the fact he was recently a transfer target for Brentford

Kara M'Bodji - Yeah you can see it now, he'll end up being nicknamed M'dodgy won't he? Leicester have been keen on him throughout this window having seen an £8m bid rejected by Anderlecht. He wants to join us but perhaps Wague is now the preferred option. Palace also keen on him

Gaston Ramirez- All but dead this one unless something unexpected happens. Boro can't get a replacement, Karanka doesn't want to sell anyway, would take an extraordinary offer. Can you really see it from Rudkin??

Francesco Acerbi - Almost certainly dead which is a shame as reports are that he's very a good CB

Wesley Hoedt - Another alternative to Leicesters no. 1 target Acerbi. Seems to be floundering since the Wague deal with a £9m bid rejected recently

Leo Ulloa - In the other direction this appears to be equally dead. Ulloa has apparently incensed Leicester officials with his interview yesterday. Can't see him leaving, can't see him playing either. A complete stalemate now and Moyes will have to look elsewhere

Apparently Ranieri gave Rudkin clear instructions for tonight, but that seems a bit like telling my 2 year old to wipe her arris after she's taken a dump in the potty. She might do it or she might end up with poo on her face.

In similar fashion, the dream team of Rudkin and Neville are ready with their cheque books but what we may end up with I suspect will be far from satisfying - especially when Ranieri says he is happy if the club don't bring anyone in.
