This forum being the eclectic place it is, I thought it only fair to share my recent Internet woes with my fellow Rams.
As of early last week our Internet was intermittently "dropping-out". No loss in speed, just nothing, nada, zilch, then after about a minute it would start working again.
Spotted BT "Open Reach" vans outside the next day, so I assume there is a problem with the external connection, but still not working properly this morning.
Call my ISP (Internet Service Provider) today and they test the line, no problems found, so arrange for an engineer to visit at ~£50ish, if I want? Mind concentrated by loss of beer vouchers, I swap-out the small "ADSL filter" on the BT socket, (I have lots of spare ones from years ago for some obscure reason). Job done, fully functional Interweb again at zero cost to Scouse.

How do you know I don't?
Are there any instructions as to how many sheets to use per wipe? The manufacturers are negligent in leaving out such crucial information.
