Bolton Wanderers v Rochdale

Valentine's day today, also Bolton V Rochdale at the macron 8pm. With a run of 7 home and 10 away Bolton still in 3rd and 4 points away from the top 2 desperately need to follow up the 4-1 home win V Walsall with another 3 points so hopefully another massacre tonight. Rochdale were 4th at the start of January but have slipped to 7th after a run of 5 games without a win and have not scored in the last 4. Team news. Out for the season pratley, davies, Wilson. Still out Buxton. Long is doubtful and if out Henry the unlucky 6th loanee on Saturday will come into the matchday squad. Goalkeeper mark Howard is now fit and will be pushing for a recall after alnwicks shakey performance V Walsall.

So Spearing is having a two game rest thanks to his yellow card last night.
I've lost count again it's all sums these days being a Bolton fan so with Jay missing what is the total including those hammy and groin injuries and how many are we left with.
Two part question - What formation will we be forced to play with the remaining fit players.

A priceless win last night gained 2 points on both Sheff Unt and Scunny. Who, incidentally play each other on Saturday.

Valentine's night last night so I was otherwise engaged, dining out at the Shard on the river at Thornton. We had a great night.

Sometimes romance has to win the day.

You old romantic swie
I trust you had the chicken and greeted it with a rendition of the chicken song to remind the other half you were missing the match.

Reece Wabara on the books now with a short term deal

Back to 4-2-3-1 at Bradford now we have a right back. Moxey to left back. Hes not a good lb but he's better there than wing back. Derik and Thorpe in the middle, Morris and Henry wide, Vela back to free role, madine up front. Sorry Alf you're dropped.

Is Reece match fit though we can't rip up the contract if we break him first time out he's only had a week of running around for a contract

Now we have the answer you can cross Reece Wabara off your team sheets until he's fit enough. Time to try 3-5-2 which would be ideal for Alex if only we had tried it out before such a big game.

Fillet steak on a bed of linguine mushroom sauce with truffle oil.

Wakey wakey its match day
No posh food today it's food for thought in PP's house we'll have to wait for the team sheet again to see what his cunning plan is.
