Dear Rangers Fans...

Remember last season when i questioned warburtons record against the tope team in championship and indeed his record against teams of "equal" (i say equal but lets be honest st johnstone should not be, neither should hibs) ability.

remember the guff responses like "you can smell ra fear fae ra tims" and what not.

Remember when it was all "ye wid swap ronnie fur warburton" and that the belief that you were brilliant?

i recall reminding you that the standard in the second tier was poor and it was not a benchmark for quality.

i recall pointing out that hearts had a superior season to rangers in their championship run. by far.

I recall pointing out losing 3 goals a game was not "a good thing".

I recall telling you that you had similar points tallies to thistle and county in previous seasons.

and finally i recall the usual "ra tims are feart n nat know"

let me take this oppertunity to say:

i was right
you were wrong

state of ye's

get it right up ye

i will of course now accept apologies.

Kleenex or popcorn?

+++++

Could be both if it's the auld Odeon trick where you put your popcorn in your lap and poke a hole in to play with yourself in the back seat

Not that I have ever done such a thing of course

Is that not more classic grand than odeon mate?

My favourite cinema story is about the old ABC in Hamilton. The local Neds torched it the week Towering Inferno was playing. You can't condone that but you do have to give them some credit.

Aaah the Classic Grand. Happy student days.

Did they ever throw out these wee bassas with the dirty raincoats.

I love that kind of story Mags

It's like the one where Coca Cola tested an indestructible, vandal proof vending machine for months in the Bronx and it was unscathed

They brought it Glasgow under a fanfare in the local papers and put it in Duke Street and the Ned's stole it during the night, a red rag to a bull

I'm from hamilton originally....still love to visit the old place. Never go too long without a wee visit.

You probably remember the old Daks Simpson factory in Larkhall. They made tremendous gear in there...great workmanship.

When they started to lay people off, the Hamilton Advertiser headline was supposed to say 'Jobs Blow in Larkhall'. You've already guessed what the first edition actually said. Troo

FFS Mags

Hamilton, and lanarkshire in general, is a place I do not know too well at all as have never really worked there and don't even know a lot of people from there

I know what you mean though about living where you grew up, I am still in the same village I have always grew up in and will never leave it unless I move abroad
----------------------------------------------------------------------
I still live in Hamilton..... I bring a touch of class to the place
----------------------------------------------------------------------
