Pi ss poor performance

excluding Wycome-1 win in last 6-relegation form
Kane away from home is dreadful-cant hold up play to save his life
Sissoko-why is he even at the club-poor player for one so senior
Davis does not inspire any confidence whatsoever.

a lazy sloppy performance

Levy provided the money though it was Poch, Mitchell etc that wasted it.

Poch had a big hand in getting Sissoko & Jannsen so he must take blame too.

Sissoko is quite frankly terrible. Not a winger, Not a central player either. Cannot play anywhere

Janssen is slow & clumbersom and ATM doesn't look like he's suited to the prem but think poch a miss managed him majorly.

Nkoudou litterly is a nothing player. 1 good assist and people had him starting over Son ffs Came on today and wouldn't have even realised. He'll be back in France with Njie next season.

Here's hoping the new scouts are actually decent and get the right players in. We need more technically gifted players over all these big and functional players we have

Hengy, we still don't know exactly how much the manager has a say in the signings, or how much he wants them. Could we say for example that Sissoko was one of Poch's intended targets from the start or like a 2nd or 3rd choice of his in case we didn't get someone else he would have much preferred to have got?

It's all a mess and still as confusing as ever. Wish there was more transparency about who does what at the club.

Isn't that how every club works?

There's a profile of player and then there's a list of players that fit said profile.

You go through the list to find a player who you can buy.

Anyway there's a new guy in now in Hitchin who's supposed to be good and more old school and doesn't base everything of stats.

This summer is huge as we need actual players who can contribute.

I guess it should be how it works. The fact that Sissoko was such a late signing at £30m leads me to think he was less a really desired player on a shortlist and more a last resort panic buy .

Oh and in terms of new signings, they should preferably be PL experienced so that they don't need a year or more to adapt (Lamela, Son, Janssen etc.), but actually be doing well in the PL before we get them, unlike Sissoko.

Damari Gray

Mahrez

Dzeko (and not just cos he hit a hat trick tonight for Roma - I liked him in his City days too - 30 but still got a few years in him as he doesn't rely on pace)
Sessegnon

Still hopeful Kyle Walker mk2 will come through next year and I don't mind Trips as the RWB cos at least he can put a cross in so is a threat down the right unlike Davies who literally offers nothing in that position.

Dump NKoudou, Jannsen, Sissoko. Yep I'm giving them no time, I've seen no flash of a reason to keep them. The LIFO method of stock management.

I agree flashy, i would dump all 3 of them. All of Nkoudou, Jansen and Sissoko look total dogs** and it's one of the worse transfer windows we have had. Wanyama being the only spark in a heap of s*** which has cost us over 50 million

Totally agree. Sissoko is an athlete not a footballer. He's quick and he's strong but severely lacks technical ability or a footballing brain - perfect for Mourinho. N'Koudou hasn't shown anything whenever I've seen him and there are Easter eggs on sale in Tesco before Janssen has scored from open play

We simply cannot have anothe fack up in the summer. Scouting should be taking place NOW so that we know exactly who we're after come the end of the season. Not some long drawn-out and manufactured fanfare for N'ogoodareyou and last minute panic with Sissoko

Wages are what get good footballers not transfer fees really. The market is that fvcked that £20m doesn't really guarantee much at all.

You'll win this tie though I would have thought.

No guarantees on that front, they are playing the next leg at Wembly after all.
