The title could be won by 6 teams different teams each year.
The title last year was won by a team who were rank outsiders
In the 90s and 80s one team tended to dominate, now there has only been one point in the past 15 years where a single team has won it 3 years in a row.
The premiership right now is far more competitive then it's ever been.

Since I last looked at this thread I've been to 2 clients, been to the bank and opened a new account, had lunch, been to 1 more client, been back to the bank to deposit some cash, come home, started tea in the slow cooker, played the red dead redemption video game because it makes me feel like a cowboy, visited my gran who's just turned 80 to wish her happy birthday, come home and had a 45 minute nap.

I, for one, agree with Walsall's original point.
Based on what we see, it appears the clubs mentioned are abusing the loan system to strangle the talent pool and attempt to prevent other clubs acquiring talent that the other clubs may have brought in to play regular first team football in the near term (note, maybe not immediately).
This seems to bear out when one looks at the various factors:
- age of some of the players,
- leagues that the clubs they are loaned to play in,
- the success of the players at their loaner clubs.
