He's lost the dressing room

Reading between the lines from Ranieri's press conference, it seems that he's admitting what we have suspected for some time now - that he hasn't got control of the dressing room anymore.

"Millwall deserved to win as they had more heart, desire, determination, concentration"

Let's be clear what he's saying here - he's not saying that we weren't good enough or that Millwall played better. He's saying that the players aren't motivated enough. And on that count, although the players are to blame the buck stops with the manager. It is the manager's job to motivate the players and he's admitting that he couldn't.

Once a manager has lost the dressing room, it is near-on impossible to get it back, especially if different cliques have taken over.

What Wahl is saying is that because Chelsea are a big club it's understandable that they would sack their manager in an effort to turn the results around. With Leicester, because we achieved the impossible we don't have the right to do the same

We simply have to accept it because we are such a small club and don't deserve any better than being relegated.

Thanks Wahl. See you around yeah?

No I'm saying Chelsea sacking a title winning manager is horrible but at least understandable. It's not the same for Lester because winning a title is so far above lesters level that is is just ridiculously ungrateful and disloyal to sack a manager. It's called having a sense of honour and it's ironic that a poster called your honour has no honour.

This argument put forward by some non-Leicester fans seems to boil down to: "Leicester fans, know your place!" I must have missed the memo that states we have to just accept relegation from here on in

You've made this point hundreds of times on our board. No one agrees with you. Most people think you're a bit of a tool Wahl and you seem increasingly obsessed with trying to convince all of us that we should keep hold of the Sinkerman while he takes back down to the championship

No one agrees with you Wahl. Can you not just.....go away??

I just find it amazing that you guys don't absolutely love ranieri to the point where sacking him to wouldn't even be an option in your mind. I would if I was a Lester fan.

I think a lot of people know that there was a huge amount of groundwork that went into us winning the title before Ranieri came to the club although that was never anyone's expectation

That's not to underestimate what he did, but he guided a team that was in place rather than build it the way mourinho has at clubs or sir Alex Ferguson.

We all loved Ranieri last season, he was a hero to us. We have given him a lot of chances this season and it's only because we feel that he's lost the dressing room that we feel it's best he leaves with dignity in tact

No one wants to see him take us down it would tarnish last season. Just because we never won the title before him it doesn't mean we should be happy with him essentially losing control of the team
